RIVRT is proud to announce that VCare, a startup co-founded by Ir. Dr. Yuk Ming Tang and Ms. Celia Chan, made a remarkable appearance at the prestigious Reception for the Innovation & Technology (I&T) Awards 2024. The event, hosted in celebration of Hong Kong’s leading achievements in science and technology, drew attention to the outstanding contributions of innovative companies and institutions in the region.

VCare, which operates at the intersection of virtual reality and healthcare technology, was showcased as one of the leading startups in this year’s ceremony. The company specializes in developing immersive virtual reality solutions for healthcare applications, including advanced rehabilitation tools and training simulations for medical professionals.

Ir. Dr. Tang and Ms. Chan represented VCare at the event, standing alongside other distinguished innovators and industry leaders. Their collaborative efforts were recognized as a significant contribution to the advancement of virtual reality technologies in healthcare, aligning with the event’s theme of “Hong Kong’s I&T Achievements Shine in International Arena.”

We are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Hong Kong, along with the Industrial and Systems Engineering Management Innovation Project Competition 2024 Award Ceremony. Both events were held on July 10, 2024, marking a significant day for our community.
