Research in Intelligence and Virtual Reality Technology

Research in Intelligence and Virtual Reality Technology (RIVRT) was founded in 2022 and undertakes research about virtual reality and artificial intelligence. We operate at the crossroads of 3D modeling, extended reality, and deep learning. We contribute to the development of innovative metaverse and digital twin technologies for healthcare and industrial applications. Our research interests ranged from virtual reality, hand rehabilitation, mixed reality, CAVE, educational pedagogy, artificial intelligence to digital twin.

Vision & Mission

Research and development at RIVRT are focused on virtual reality and artificial intelligence. Virtual reality simulation, mixed reality and CAVE augmented reality, deep learning, and digital twin technology are applied in the majority of our healthcare and industrial training programs. Using extended reality and machine learning technology, the team is actively researching new approaches to develop metaverse applications. We are executing or are interested in pursuing the following projects: virtual simulation using a game engine, an immersive device for healthcare applications, deep learning applications for product design, and signal processing.
